We noticed what seemed to be heavy traffic, and as we got closer and closer to Gourdon, it became obvious we wanted to avoid it, as everyone else was headed there. We finally found a small side road away from all the cars.

John liked the turn of evemts!

We eventually made our way to St Cezaire for the evening. We lucked out and found an almost empty hotel, with a very friendly staff. We enjoyed several after dinner drinks with another guest and our waiter, who spoke about a dozen languages.
